R.A. Smith National Promotes Chris Stamborski to Assistant Director of Municipal Services

Chris StamborskiBROOKFIELD, Wis. — R.A. Smith National – a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm – Brookfield, Wis., has promoted Chris Stamborski to Assistant Director of Municipal Services.

Stamborski has served as a project manager in the Municipal Services Division at R.A. Smith National since June 2000. He is the municipal engineer for the Town of Raymond and the Town of Ixonia and will continue to serve these communities and others. Stamborski also has completed extensive project work with the City of Wauwatosa and City of New Berlin Utility.

Stamborski has experience in urban and rural road design; the evaluation and design of stormwater, water main, and sanitary sewer facilities; conducting various aspects of Limited Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (LSSES); and report writing. Chris is responsible for design and construction coordination of various municipal engineering projects. In addition, he has served as a construction observer/manager for numerous utility and roadway construction/reconstruction projects.

Stamborski has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee. He is a registered engineer in the state of Wisconsin.

Stamborski lives in the city of Milwaukee.

R.A. Smith National Promotes Len Roecker to Director of Municipal Services

Len RoeckerBROOKFIELD, Wis. — R.A. Smith National – a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm – Brookfield, Wis., has promoted Len Roecker to Director of Municipal Services.

Roecker started with the firm in August 1999 and has more than 25 years of experience in serving municipal clients. He is involved in project work among Southeastern Wisconsin communities, and serves as municipal engineer for the Village of West Milwaukee, Village of Greendale and Town of Salem, and works extensively with Kenosha County, Wis. Roecker will continue to serve his clients as their primary contact. He has extensive experience in utility design and construction, transportation facilities design and construction, and surveying coordination for municipal projects.
Roecker has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. He is a registered engineer and a registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin.

Roecker lives in the city of Muskego, Wis.
