There's a buzz in the air at Titletown with plans underway for a mixed-use development project located west of Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. R.A. Smith National is excited to be part of the Titletown District project. We are providing consulting services which include site planning, site engineering, traffic services and land surveying to Sterling Project Development, a New York City real estate advisory firm, for the first phase of this $130-million project. The development will be built on 34 acres. Get all of the specific details about this impressive Wisconsin development, announced by the Green Bay Packers on August 20.

New View on Projects with UAS

R.A. Smith National has been granted a Section 333 Exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This exemption allows the firm to commercially operate an unmanned aircraft system (UAS). R.A. Smith National is one of only a few firms in Wisconsin and one of a limited number nationwide that have received this exemption. Clients desiring to use this technology for their projects will benefit from enhanced data collection, rapid data delivery and much more.
