R.A. Smith National’s John Casucci Attains Land Surveyor Registration in Iowa

John Casucci, survey land development manager, of R.A. Smith National – a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm – Brookfield, Wis., has earned his Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of Iowa.

Casucci has more than 27 years of experience on a wide range of surveying projects, including boundary, aerial, construction, topographic and control surveying. He assists in the management of internal operations as the manager of the land development survey group, one of four groups within the R.A. Smith National survey division.

Casucci has a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering with a surveying option from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

R.A. Smith National’s Scott Ginal Earns Professional Engineering Registration in California

Scott Ginal, structures manager, at R.A. Smith National – a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm – Brookfield, Wis., has earned his professional engineering registration in California. He passed two exams, seismic principals and survey, to obtain his registration. Ginal will now assist R.A. Smith National’s Orange County, California office with structural design services. 

Ginal has more than 12 years of structural design experience. He has provided structural design services to state and local government, as well as private sector clients including developers, architects and others. His expertise includes the design of bridges, retaining structures, wastewater treatment facilities and buildings.

Ginal has a bachelor of science in civil engineering with a minor in mathematics from Marquette University. He also earned his master of science in structural engineering and his master of business administration with a finance emphasis from Marquette University. Ginal is now registered as a professional engineer in Wisconsin and California and a structural engineer in Illinois.
