Eric Robles Joins R.A. Smith National as Civil Engineer

Eric Robles has joined R.A. Smith National – a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm – Orange County (Los Angeles), Calif., as a civil engineer in the land development division.  

Robles will be providing engineering services for infrastructure design on commercial and residential projects throughout the western United States. He will also prepare exhibits and cost estimates and assist with project-specific due diligence reports.

Robles has a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of California - Irvine. He is a certified Engineer-In-Training through the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. 

R.A. Smith National Hires Surveyor/3D Laser Scanning Technician

Christopher Richardson has joined the Pittsburgh office of R.A. Smith National  — civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, geographic information systems (GIS), visualization and 3D laser scanning consultants — Tarentum (Pittsburgh), Pa., as a project surveyor and 3D laser scanning technician. 

Richardson has extensive experience in surveying, 3D laser scanning and project management. In previous positions he was responsible for 3D laser scanning efforts including developing new strategies, consulting with clients, field scanning and point cloud conversions. His projects have included scanning fire scenes, vehicular accidents and existing buildings. 

Richardson currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
