 Henry Maier Festival Park, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
In 2011 – 2012, R.A. Smith National designed the site landscape plans for the multi-phased new South Gate and Entry Plaza, Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard Stage, BMO Harris Bank Pavilion and Marcus Amphitheater Forecourt at Summerfest.

Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinics New Hospital Campus, Prairie Du Sac, Wis.
R.A. Smith National provided site planning and landscape architectural services for the development of a new 200,000-square-foot hospital and medical office building on a 110-acre campus.  The site planning process included extensive coordination with the municipality to explore options for future development patterns on the overall campus.  

Oakbrook Center, Oakbrook, Illinois
This three-level, open-air retail center is undergoing a major facelift inside and out. R.A. Smith National is providing site design and surveying services to General Growth Properties (GGP).

 

Simon Santa Rosa Plaza, Santa Rosa, California 
Site civil engineering services and landscape improvements are being provided to Simon Property Group for two new mall entrances and pedestrian walkways; the scope of work includes site grading, on-site utility improvements, landscaping and irrigation, and parking lot maintenance improvements that consist of parking lot striping and ADA improvements.

Village of Sussex Master Plan Design, Sussex, Wisconsin
In early 2012, RA Smith National was hired to conduct a series of design charrettes and a visioning session for the four main phases of the master plan for Sussex Village Park.

River Trail Concept Plan, Merrill, Wisconsin
The collaborative design and planning team of Tom Mortensen of R.A. Smith National and Tom Jennings of Jennings & Associates worked with and assisted Angie Tornes of the National Park Service's Rivers & Trails Program to develop a concept plan and report for a 2.5-mile river trail in the City of Merrill along the Wisconsin River.

Camp Lake Park Master Plan, Town of Salem, Wisconsin
R.A. Smith National is currently preparing a master plan for this newly acquired seven acres of prime park land on the east shore of Camp Lake in the town of Salem.

STH 100 (Mayfair Road), Milwaukee County, Wisconsin
Mayfair Road will serve as an alternate route to USH 45 during the Zoo Interchange Reconstruction project. Poor pavement and bridge deck conditions necessitated the improvement of Mayfair Road to improve ride quality and prepare it for use as an alternate route.
