Heather Patti, PWS (Professional Wetland Scientist), Ecologist/Project Manager
Heather has more than 15 years of experience as a restoration ecologist and wetland scientist. She is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist with the Society of Wetland Scientists, and is an Assured Wetland Delineator with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Her experience includes natural area assessments and restoration including wetland delineation, mitigation and restoration, expert witness, expert opinion, native planting design, habitat restoration, invasive species control, and rare and endangered species surveys. Heather has also prepared and implemented dozens of natural area management plans.
Chris Stamborski, P.E., Assistant Director of Municipal Services
Chris has more than 12 years of civil engineering and project management experience. Chris has a specialty in all aspects of Limited Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys including dye water flooding, manhole and structure inspection, smoke testing, closed circuit television (CCTV) coordination and flow monitoring. He has worked with many clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Chris’ experience also includes urban and rural road design and the evaluation and design of stormwater, water main, and sanitary sewer facilities.
Pete Brothers, Pittsburgh Survey Manager
Pete is experienced in all aspects of surveying including utility and boundary surveys. Pete is a surveyor who has always been in the forefront of utilizing the newest technology in his field. By 1993 he was working with GPS, the earliest that it was available for non-military civilian use. Ten years later, in 2003 Pete began working with the new 3D laser scanning technology, which creates efficiencies by reducing a surveyor’s time in the field, while still providing accurate data. Pete is co-leader of R.A. Smith National’s 3D laser scanning team.
Kyle Belott, GISP, GIS Project Manager
Kyle has more than 15 years of experience in providing GIS services such as systems integration, data management, technology implementation, geographic analysis, and technical support. Kyle serves as the GIS Coordinator for several Wisconsin/Illinois communities and is responsible for continuous, effective data management, web mapping applications, and operational strategies. With his technical background he has produced numerous customized applications for both Desktop, Web and Mobile environments. Kyle has also crafted enterprise GIS management standards and workflows for both public and private sector clients.
