National Survey & Engineering, A Division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc., Provides Sustainable Design Services for Liberty Corporate Preserve Business Park, Oak Creek, Wisconsin
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc. — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., provided site design and landscape architectural services to Liberty Property Trust for Liberty Corporate Preserve Business Park in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
The scope of National’s work included site design, surveying and landscape architectural services for two building sites within the business park and civil engineering services for the overall business park. National is collaborating with the building design team as the team seeks LEED® certification of two of the building sites. Sustainable features of National’s design include hybrid car parking, sustainable stormwater management and water-efficient landscaping. Civil engineering services provided by National for the overall business park development include design of stormwater management, a new public street and utilities throughout the park.
The construction of the park is complete, with the first buildings opening in summer 2008.
