Nicholas Fulton Joins R.A. Smith National as Civil Engineer in the Transportation Division
 BROOKFIELD, WIS. – R.A.Smith National (formerly R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering Division) — civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, geographic information systems (GIS) and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., has added Nicholas Fulton as a civil engineer in the transportation division. Fulton has four years of survey and transportation experience as an intern/co-op at R.A. Smith National.
Fulton earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation and municipal engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), University of Wisconsin-Platteville Chapter, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Wisconsin Section.
Fulton lives in Hartland, Wis.
