R.A. Smith National Provides Sitework Engineering and Surveying Services for The Shoppes at Fox River, Waukesha, Wisconsin
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – R.A.Smith National (formerly R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering Division) — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., is providing sitework engineering and surveying services to Opus North Corporation, developer, for The Shoppes at Fox River – a new 498,500-square-foot retail power center development along the Fox River in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The Shoppes at Fox River project is the redevelopment of a former Supervalu distribution facility. One of the anchors will be a 132,000-square-foot Target and another a 60,000-square-foot Pick ‘n Save grocery store. The project is located along Sunset Drive on the far southwest side of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Construction began in June of this year with completion anticipated in fall 2009.
