Pabst Farms Distribution Center - Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Water quality was a major issue at the Pabst Farms Distribution Center for Roundy’s. The nearly 1.1 million square-foot facility on 113 acres required seven water-quality ponds and three infiltration areas designed to handle stormwater. In addition, 3D visualization services were used as a design tool to assist the project team in making decisions about the site’s grading and landscaping to aid in the securing of municipal approvals.
