S. 51st Street Unique "Green" Shoulder Design - Village of Greendale, Wisconsin
As part of the resurfacing of S. 51st Street, Greendale, Wis., an innovative green shoulder system was designed, using a geotextile plastic grid system with grass growing over it as a way to provide a drivable surface, minimize shoulder maintenance and improve stormwater quality.
