Liberty IV at Park Place Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Liberty IV at Park Place is a 30,000-square-foot build-to-suit for the GSA-Department of Defense. R.A. Smith National provided landscape architectural and irrigation system design services to Liberty Property Trust for this new development that has achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
The project site includes several sustainable aspects including a rain garden designed by R.A. Smith National's landscape architectural studio; extensive landscaping that shades the building and parking surfaces to reduce heat reflection; and the use of native and adaptive plants to reduce potable water usage by 50 percent.
