Sitework engineering and surveying were provided for this 16-acre, 185,000-square foot commercial/retail development in Brookfield, Wis. The development is located on W. Bluemound Road across from Brookfield Square Mall.
Services included topographic surveying and platting, floodplain modeling, stormwater management design, roadway extension design, public utility design, site grading and drainage design, site paving and design of private utilities.
