Midtown Center - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
An old mall was demolished to clear the 50-acre site of Midtown Center. New infrastructure and streets for a multi-phase development were required. Work included survey and utility construction staking; preparing a grading plan that matched existing boundaries; verifying usability of utilities remaining after demolition; redesigning and laying out new utilities; designing a street and avenue and all parking lots; coordinating site and utility plans with retailers and the City of Milwaukee.
