Sustainable Design/LEED®
Liberty Corporate Preserve Business Park
Oak Creek, Wisconsin
 R.A.Smith National provided site design and landscape architectural services to Liberty Property Trust for Liberty Corporate Preserve Business Park in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
The scope of National’s work included site design, surveying and landscape architectural services for two building sites within the business park and civil engineering services for the overall business park.
R.A. Smith National collaborated with the building design team as the team sought and later received a LEED® Silver Certification of two of the building sites from the U.S. Green Building Council. Sustainable features of National’s design include hybrid car parking, sustainable stormwater management and water-efficient landscaping. Civil engineering services provided by National for the overall business park development include design of stormwater management, a new public street and utilities throughout the park.
The construction of the park is complete, with the first buildings opening in summer 2008.
