Falk Memorial Plaza
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
 A memorial plaza at the Falk Corporation was designed by the landscape architects at R.A. Smith National for the three fallen workers and their families and other injured workers of the explosion at the Falk Corporation on December 6, 2006.
The plaza includes a memorial wall with individual plaques, three large memorial Oak trees, a central raised planter, flagpoles and seat walls.
Located in the middle of an industrial site, the area is used for gatherings, events and a welcoming green space that is enjoyed by employees throughout the day.
