Pabst Farms

 Pabst Farms is a development of 1,500 acres in Oconomowoc, Wis. that is a mixed-use development. Residential, retail, business and industrial are located within the development that straddles both the north and south sides of I-94.
Extensive engineering and surveying have been performed on the site. Notably, storm water management was a challenge. The topography of the site is extremely flat and an infiltration plan was required. Unique infiltration was developed for the site.
Extensive survey work included an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for the real estate closing as well as a unique survey of a 16-acre pond using GPS that collected 4,000 data points in just 1.5 hours compared to nearly 17 eight-hour days required under traditional methods.
