Village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
 A Smart Growth-compliant, comprehensive master plan was prepared for the Village of Menomonee Falls. The plan is market based and respects the unique identity of the Village and its neighborhoods, both urban and rural. An economic analysis was critical for this project as Menomonee Falls faces the challenge of balancing development pressure with preserving their rural landscape. A variety of public involvement techniques (open houses, community surveys) were used to provide residents ample opportunity to contribute thoughts and ideas as to how this balance should be achieved.
