Stonebriar Centre
Frisco, Texas (Dallas)
 Stonebriar Center includes an Olympic-size hockey rink and 24-screen cinema and is located in the north Dallas area on a 105-acre site. There is another 30 acres for out-parcel development. The 2.3 million square-foot mall has 7,300 parking spaces. Services provided included stormwater hydrology, pond design, site grading, electric duct storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main and paving design. Expansive soils required excavation and placement of 300,000 cubic yards of tan limestone as a select fill under the building.
