Sustainable Design/LEED®

JohnsonDiversey Distribution Center
Sturtevant, Wisconsin

Received "Green Development Award," 2007, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP)



Johnson Diversey Surveying, sitework engineering, sustainable site design and landscape architectural services were provided to Liberty Property Trust for this 552,000-square-foot, $21 million facility on 38 acres.

The firm's sustainable design team identified and recommended sustainable design elements.

The build-to-suit project has achieved LEED® Gold Certification, the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) second highest level of certification for a green design project.
