The Preserve at Glen Oaks
Mequon, Wisconsin
 Site engineering and surveying were provided for a 17-lot single family conservation subdivision on 28 acres. Thirteen acres of open space was preserved and restored as native prairie and wetlands. Design services included site layout, platting, grading, erosion control, public streets, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm water management. The project scope also included submittals to city, county, and state review agencies, as well as Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources (WDNR) permitting.
