 R.A. Smith National provided engineering and surveying services over a three-year initial approval process for this 53-acre medical center, including infrastructure concept designs and presentations to the public.
After initial approval, R.A. Smith National prepared site, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans for final approvals and construction as well as surveying, and construction engineering services.
Due to site limitations, stormwater management included multiple infiltration fields capable of capturing 100-year rain events. Project included extensive coordination with the architect, developer, town, adjacent city, the county, and the state.
