A condominium plat was prepared for Urban Land Interests to create the permanent ownership structure for the entire Block 102 on the Capitol Square in downtown Madison. Urban Land Interests acquired two formerly independent properties, Tenney Plaza and the recently renovated U.S. Bank Plaza, and established a condominium form of ownership to facilitate future financing and development activities on the block.
