 Floodplain engineering and permitting services were provided for a number of phases of the City of Waukesha’s riverwalk system, which is along both sides of the Fox River between Frame Park and Veteran’s Park in downtown Waukesha. The hydraulic modeling included updating the existing channel condition and preparing a proposed channel condition model including pedestrian bridges and grade changes along the channel for each phase of the river. In addition, needed state, federal and local permit applications for the proposed bridges, grading, riprap, water quality services, and outfall structure were prepared.
