ESRI handles all registration and payment for all the courses, other than the Introduction to ArcGIS I class. 

Registration and payment for these courses must be processed through ESRI.

R.A. Smith National handles the registration and payment information for the Introduction to ArcGIS I class only.

For the Introduction to ArcGIS I course only:

A completed registration form is required from each student. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first served basis. Registration confirmation will be emailed to each student upon receipt.

Prepayment is required for the Intro. to ArcGIS I course and may be made by credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or check. For the Introduction to ArcGIS I course, payment is made and sent to R.A. Smith National. Attention: Accounting.   Payment for all other courses are sent to ESRI.

Processing Fee and Cancellations: The course fee includes a $100 nonrefundable data processing fee per class. The tuition less the data processing fee will be refunded if we receive notice of cancellation in writing at least 10 business days prior to the class start date. Full tuition will be charged to students who cancel nine business days or less before the class start date or who fail to appear for the class.

Our Learning Center offers the best possible environment for learning - in an ESRI authorized course or through customized training. 

R.A. Smith National's relationship with ESRI allows a wide variety of ESRI courses to be held at our Learning Center. Many of the courses are unavailable anywhere else in Wisconsin
